Return Policy
Zimisa's returns and exchange policy is hassle-free and simple. You need to return/exchange a product within 7 days. Return/Exchange products should be worth more than Rs.300.
- Only size exchange is available.
- Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
- For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return/exchange of briefs, panties, bra panty sets or shapewear panties, stick-on bras, swimsuits and accessories.
- We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging. We do not accept return of products without tag.
- Certain sale events or offers will not covered under our standard return/exchange policies. Their terms will be defined and mentioned separately.
- We accept exchange for the customers inside the valley only. We don't have exchange facility outside the valley.
- Shipping charge needs to be paid in order to exchange the product.
- Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled or are incomplete.
